new FlickrExport dialog

Tauri,

FlickrExport tool is a kipi-plugin. You need to checkout/compile/install
extragear/libs from KDE3 branch to test.

Warning: there are shared libs here used by digiKam. you need to recompile and
install digiKam too...

Dialog layout have been rewritten. Look screenshot attached...
