SVN commit 810297 by cgilles:

kipi-plugins from KDE3 branch : severals improvements into FlickrExport tool:

- added support RAW files: embeded JPEG preview is used to export RAW image to Flickr
- all others image formats supported by Qt are properlly drived now. The uploaded image is always converted to JPEG. 
Uploading work with previous implementation _only_ if image been resized.
- plugin dialog layout rewritten. more suitable.
