I think that we can wait with promissing binary compatibility to after the kde 
imaging sprint. There we will probably get more input on what is really 
wanted/needed.

So, if I don't get any objections before tomorrow night, I'll move libkscan 
to /tags/unmaintained/4/ and libksane to kdegraphics :)
