[Kde-imaging] Digikam for KDE4 not finding kipi-plugins

Well there's no need to install all into system:
[anaselli at gandalf graphics]$ which digikam
/home/anaselli/src/KDE/TEST-KDE4/bin/digikam
[anaselli at gandalf graphics]$ which gwenview
/home/anaselli/src/KDE/TEST-KDE4/bin/gwenview

you should add some environment variables such as LD_LIBRARY_PATH,
KDEDIR, KDEDIRS (if you have kde4 installed can be usefull), PATH
and PKG_CONFIG_PATH, if you have installed qt-copy from kde you need
QTDIR as well i've added all of them into a start-up script, for instance.
