[Kde-imaging] [Bug 162240] the encoder start and finish imediately and there isn't any mpeg file

All dependencies are ok because I use the package manager ,who verify the dependencies. I run the plugin with digiKam, and the paths are ok.
The program just say that (I'm French user) :

(OUTPUT STATE: the encoding process is completed successfully.)
And there is no mpeg file.
