[Kde-imaging] Picasaweb Export plugin ported to KDE4.

Hi everyone,
   I just committed a minor Change list with which the Picasa web exporter
plugin seems to be ready to use on KDE4. I am not sure, how much of it
worked without this Change but people seems to have done some good number of
changes for this port, which I realized only when I was trying to submit a
working version only to figure out most changes have already been submitted,
thanks to everyone who contributed.
