[Kde-imaging] disable imageviewer if OpenGL is absent

I just stubled over the following bug:

The KIPI imageviewer is not disabled if no opengl is available. What do I have 
to do to disable the imageviewer if opengl is absent? Is the following patch 
for kipi-plugins/configure.in.in enough?

-KIPI_PLUGIN_PRE([imageviewer], [Viewer])
+KIPI_PLUGIN_PRE([imageviewer], [Viewer], [opengl])
