[Kde-imaging] DIGIKAM support for EXIF an other standard tags

Hi,
I downloaded and installed the most recent version of DIGIKAM and was
surprised to see that the SQL model was not integrating the EXIF
descriptors.
Are there several distinct versions of DIGIKAM, i.e w or w/o EXIF or was it
just abandoned ?
