I'm now using openSUSE 11.0 which has kipi-plugins-0.1.5-13.1.  I grabbed a
copy of img_7951-thumb.jpg (from this bug report) and rotated using digikam. 
This time it did not result in a faulty image.

So the bug appears to be fixed.

Should I change the state?
