suse issue, I can't understand your language but:
/opt/kde3/bin/images2mpg: line 850: /usr/bin/mpeg2enc: Datei oder Verzeichnis
nicht gefunden 
should mean that the file /usr/bin/mpeg2enc is missed, that is an istallation
dependency problem.
