[Kde-imaging] The diffrence between 10cm x 15cm and 4"x6"

No it shouldn't be. I've realized 10x15cm photo card is not really 10x15cm but 4"x6".
Have you checked by any chance that you have removed margins in kprinter dialog?

Well i haven't experienced canon printer, but hp for instance has a special option
for bordless printing.
