[Kde-imaging] kipi-plugins: picasa export

Hi Rainer,

Vardhman Jain <vardhman at gmail.com>, the PicasaExport plugin author sound
like unavialable currently.

I have not yet tested this plugin and i have no feedback yet. I will
certainly take a look later before to release 0.1.5.

To have a trace, i recommend you to create a new entry in bugzilla about
your problem.
