kipi-plugins from trunk (KDE4) : XMP Metadata Editor : do not use an harcoded IPTC Subject 
Codes in source but an external standard XML database file provide by IPTC/NAA. 
To update Subject Codes list in plugin, we just need to download this file from http://www.iptc.org/NewsCodes
web site and update it in plugin data.
