[Kde-imaging] New kipi-plugins 0.1.4 beta 1 is out

After about 6 months we're proud to announe a new release.

Please read the release notes below.

For i18n-doc group, we've planned to release the stable
by the middle of June, of course if nothing goes wrong.
Please fix every commits for June, 16th at the latest, thanks.
Just a note we have some problems compiling docs so please
have a look at it, we've removed docs by now.

Kipi-plugins NEW FEATURES

General        : Moved Exiv2Iface class to a new shared 
                 library named libkexiv2 used by 
                 kipi-plugins and digiKam.
ImageViewer    : initial import of new OpenGL based image 
                 viewer.
RAWConverter   : Port plugin to libkdcraw shared library.
Printwizard    : Printwizard can print 8 photos per page 
                 (A4)
MPEGEncoder    : Avoid to pass img2mpg script unmanaged file 
                 path.
GPSSync        : New plugin to export GPS locations from 
                 pictures to Google Maps / Google Earth.
