[Kde-imaging] Immediate availability of PicasaWeb Exporter plugin

Hello Folks,
      I am glad to annouce that I just commit the picasaweb exporter plugin
to  branches/extragear/kde3/libs/kipi-plugins/
The revision number for the submit is 689130.

Would be glad to hear some feedback.
