[Kde-imaging] Kipi-plugins 0.1.3 final is out

After some months we are proud to announce that our 0.1.3 
final is ready.

MetadataEdit       : New kipi plugin to edit EXIF and IPTC pictures metadata (by Gilles Caulier).
GPSSync            : New kipi plugin to sync photo metadata with a GPS device (by Gilles Caulier).
