I just downloaded and tried them. There are a few problems:
- Some of them are released under licenses (Beautiful day, Coffe N Cream, 
Prozac) requiring the user to add a link to some website.
- Some contain links to Marcello home page (Prozac)
- All of them contain Spanish text, and a footer "Creado con Digikam"

For all these reasons, i don't think it's a good idea to include them in the 
kipi-plugin tarballs.
