You don't have an account in B.K.O to do it by web interface. If no, i 
recommend to create one (:=))

...else, me or Angelo can do it but it's better than each developpers close 
the relevant files (:=)))...

Note than all file closed need to be reported to NEWS file from svn. The list 
will be used to create the release announce.
