[Kde-imaging] kipi htmlexport themes

Gilles, Angelo,

maybe is not better create a rpm.spec skeleton and distribute each theme as a 
noarch rpm maybe as a repository or a simple dir? The rpm.spec will ensure 
some uniformity on the distributions.
