This patch solves several minor issues pointed by EBN ( http://www.englishbreakfastnetwork.org/ ) so it's easier to spot more important ones. It solves for kipi-plugins. libkipi and libkexiv2 :
 - contractions in strings (6)
 - copyright (around 335 mail missing on copyright line or several name on one copyright line)
 - files ending with a newline (2)
 - license (111 mostly ad FSF address)
 - spelling errors (56)

I'd like after that to fix other EBN issues but I'll test every points to be sure to not break anything
