I'll keep an eye on this mailinglist, but I've adjusted the commitfilter to not track kipi.  Gilles takes sendimages, so that's easy (i'll add support for Mailody myself ;-))

I browsed the code, it looks good. If you can test it, it can be committed... Maybe you can convince him to maintain the plugin ;-) Its at:
