[Kde-imaging] flickr upload interface

hi all...
don't know if anyone is interested, but i ported the flickr plugin interface
to a .ui file. what was there was not demo-able and while what i came up with
isn't exactly fine art, it's a bit better.
i realize that this sort of crimps the plans i can see in the code for showing
the images in-line. i'd suggest having a sidebar that shows the images
vertically one after another in a scroll view rather than putting the control
widgets into a two-dimensional spread separated by a splitter again in any
case.
and please, please, please use .ui files in your projects. it makes life a lot
easier for the rest of us who'd like to help out now and again.
