[Kde-imaging] flickr upload interface

hi all...

don't know if anyone is interested, but i ported the flickr plugin interface
to a .ui file. what was there was not demo-able and while what i came up with
isn't exactly fine art, it's a bit better.

i realize that this sort of crimps the plans i can see in the code for showing
the images in-line. i'd suggest having a sidebar that shows the images
vertically one after another in a scroll view rather than putting the control
widgets into a two-dimensional spread separated by a splitter again in any
case.

and please, please, please use .ui files in your projects. it makes life a lot
easier for the rest of us who'd like to help out now and again.

feel free to accept, reject, whatever... i'm not on this list, so please cc
with any replies.
