By "upload it", what do you mean? the .deps directory shouldn't be on
the svn server, they are generated during compilation. If you want to
ignore it, then issue the following command:

svn propedit svn:ignore .

this will open your editor, and add .deps as a line in the editor, and
then save, quit and commit.
