[Kde-imaging] KIPI::ImageCollection and attributes()/setAttributes()

You only need to know there's not a real hierarchy by now.
We're working to have kipi-plugins official maintainers at
the moment.

As soon as I'm back, we should make the point of the situation
at least on who are the maintainers, and I think we should put
them on kipi web page.
