[Kde-imaging] Hello - Kipi Gallery plugin changes

Hello everyone,

I had a hand in the recent changes commited to SVN by Angelo 
yesterday/today.

If anyone has any issues please let me know and I'll try and fix them.

This commit drops support for G1 and now supports G2. If there is 
sufficient user feedback that G1 support is still desired, I'll do the 
necessary to support both, but I think most people who use it will also 
be able to u/g to G2 (which is significantly better).
