[Kde-imaging] New libkipi 0.1.4

Hi guys since i believe the build problem is
blocking for packagers and users, here is the
new incoming libkipi:
http://digikam3rdparty.free.fr/kipi-plugins/

Please test if it builds ok. By tomorrow
in the evening I'll upload on sf.

BTW even if I believe to many drops released are
not good, this time it could seem a sign we're
going to be more present :)
