[Kde-imaging] packages rebuilt with Achim suggestion

Let me know if it is all ok. 
In such packages are not present 
- the updated changelog (thanks Toma), 
  I'm rebuilding them again and I will use 
  the new ones for sourceforge
- the INSTALL file is still empty. 
  I cannot do it tonight. We can fill it for the next 
  release since it was empty till now :) ...

Ok if it's alright i'm dreaming to upload them tomorrow.
If there are not important file to change of course, i'll
test better the installation and upload.
