Kipi Raw converter (batch mode) : make it possible to enter numbers with 2 digit precision in settings.

- no need to re-invent the wheel. We use KDoubleNumInput widget at all. 
- Removing old spinbox widget.
- Fix dialog layout.
- Fix widget order (label before a setting).
