[Kde-imaging] question on site

Hi,
following the instruction here: 
http://extragear.kde.org/apps/kipi/#svn
I noticed i had to change some steps:
% svn co svn://anonsvn.kde.org/home/kde/trunk/extragear/libs
(instead of % svn co -N)
and
% cd libs
% svn co svn://anonsvn.kde.org/home/kde/branches/KDE/3.5/kde-common/admin
to have it working and make it updatable using "svn up" command.

Is the site way wrong or did i miss something?
