Along with other users I'd recommend a CMS of some sort (or perhaps a 
wiki?) I guess that all depends on DB access and PHP... not really sure 
what is provided so I'll leave this to the peeps that know more than me :)

Just confirming this is fine by me... Not written on the list much of 
late but keeping an eye on things... got a busy week personally and work 
wise but will concentrate on adding new features shortly.
