Misc. gallery version related changes:
* Rather than pass the g2 flag about, make it a static call within GalleryTalker.
* Correct the auto-appended path for the gallery url when in g1 mode.
* Fix the album ref_num when in g1 mode.
* Don't display the 'name' in g2 mode (in g2 this 'name' is actually a ref_num)
