hmm I think I've got it... has to think to a solution though.
What player are you using?
mplayer ends up.
kmplayer (well this is a frontend) stops the music after the last picture.
kaffeine continues the sound.
That probably means that the music is in, but the end of file is
considered differently.

Can you test if you have the same results.
