[Kde-imaging] RFC release 0.1.1

[Tom Albers]

I did not do a svn up in l10n, so the compare is only a day off or something....

I checked the french in more detail a week back and they were in svn at the time of packaging....

I suspect an error during packaging, client, server or bad connection....

Maybe the next release two people should pack and compare...
