Hi Angelo,
Yes, I am using only JPG images from my camera (Konica Minolta
DiMAGE Z6 whith include EXIF information into images), and some minor
JPG images that I supose don't have EXIF informations because they are
images that I modified a lot using DigikamImageEditor (like with
SuperImpose plugin), and so I have saved them to another file.
For your question for the developer, I can purpose you to see an
example of this strange behavior at this address:

All images contain dates format in their names, except 'fakes'
ones, that I prefixed with the word 'truquage-' (I am frensh :) )
so, you can see that the tree las files are prefixed 'truquage' but
see in the middle of the list,
there are two images prefixed 'truquage' in !
