[Kde-imaging] [Bug 109739] yuvscaler error in digikam

Ok, that shows what i was afraid of, the "-S 420mpeg2" does not work
for everybody even in the same distro :(

As soon as possible i try to re-write the script so that i can try to
understand better in which step it fails. 
I suppose the same as in my cooker.
