Well the first thing to try is of course to reproduce the bug. If it is not 
reproducable by you, then ask the reporter if he can reproduce it.

| I've got the kde account by now. I'm starting to study kipi-plugins code
| this weekend. I'm giving a look at mpegencoder by now since there are some
| open bugs in mandriva package as well. Hope to be helpful soon. At this
| moment I'm looking to bugzilla and seen there are about 108 kipi-plugins
| known bugs. I believe some of them are related, and some of them have to
| need some extra info.
