[Kde-imaging] KIPI needs you!

Hello,

As you know, Gwenview make use of KIPI the KDE Image Plugin Interface, a set 
of plugins shared between Gwenview, Digikam, KPhotoAlbum (ex Kimdaba) and 
ShowImg.

There is a maintenance problem with KIPI right now: most of the work is done 
by the Digikam devs and they ask us to come help them. We already started 
dispatching the various plugins among the applications but there is still a 
few of them which do not have a maintainer.
