You can find exiv2 0.12 for mandriva 2007 here
http://www.linux.it/~anaselli/kipi-plugins/
They're beackported from cooker, so you can download the srpm 
directly from cooker mirror if you like to rebuild it.

Please Gilles contact exiv2 author and ask him for hosting them
That can help us a little bit more.
