Angelo,
Why you haven't used the NEWS file content to present all changes in this
release ? The advange is simple : a non-developper can release and post the
announce with all features developped by developement team. I think to use
the NEWS file to store a resume of all major improvements/new features/bug
fix is a better way than a non readable Changelog file witch is very
difficult to decript by end-users.
Look like we using this way with digiKam:
http://mail.kde.org/pipermail/digikam-users/2006-November/002468.html
Why you haven't posted the announce in :
- kde-extra-gear at kde.org
- kde-announce at kde.org
Friendly
Gilles
