[Kde-imaging] [Bug 123499] raw images are rotated wrong

Infact it was *only* my  opinion ;), anyway i don't get why it should be a problem
for the host applications, I mean the kipi-plugins from the distros point of view 
is a stand alone package, with its build dependency and its executable dependency.
So it should be rebuilt using IM-dev. Who install the package needs only
IM/IM libraries (not the devel one), but that is already needed, as you just said, by
other plugins. Host applications don't need to know it, just inherits it using
the plugin.
