[Kde-imaging] [Bug 96352] Can not login into Gallery2 (RFC)

IIRC there's no official maintainer for such a plugin, but it seems
that even if this bug is a wish it had a lot of activity, unfortunately
-or maybe not- external. 
Now which is the right thing to do? Adding their patch without knowing 
anything about the plugin (I can do it
then, I can't test it though), or hoping there's some good soul that
know something about this plugin and fix it.
So please if someone can take care about that bug can have a look at it?
