[Kde-imaging] [PATCH] Fix for bug 99418

Attached is a fix for #99418: "imagegallery: help menu in progress dialog 
refers to batch process plugin about instead of image gallery plugins".

As I said in a previous thread, this is a problem with the BatchProcessDialog. 
The attached patch simply removes the help button.

Is it ok to commit?
