Hum... I can't really fix this bug. In the current KIPI API, the only way for 
an host app to define which image is the album image is to make sure it's the 
first image returned by ImageCollection::images() [1].

The only way to fix this bug is to make sure Digikam sets the album image as 
the first image.

What I can do nevertheless is to modify the themes so that they do use the 
first image as the album image.

[1] The host app should also define the feature "AlbumsUseFirstImagePreview", 
but it doesn't seem to be used in any plugin, except helloworld.
