I see the same problem with QT 3.3.6.  The bug is actually in frmprintwizardbase.ui.  Go to line 1632.  It should say
     <includehint>cropframe.h</includehint>

Instead of:

    <includehint>kipiprintwizardplugin::cropframe.h</includehint>
