I was thinking about a KConfig compatible file. Something like this:
[general]
title=bla
description=bla bla bla
author=John Doe
url=http://coin.com

Nothing very complicated. Just need to implement it. It should not take too 
much time.

Ok for me. I should also probably add these to the TODO:
- Write a theme howto
- Create a few more themes, for example: beach, birth :-)... and also a simple 
one-size-fits-all theme.
