[Kde-imaging] New KIPI & co release

Hello,

I want to make a new release of the KIPI-plugins, libkipi and libexif, this 
will be release candidate 1. These are in beta since ages, but we recently 
added a new kipi and fixed numerous bugs.

I would like to prepare the rc next week, so the last date to checkin stuff 
(trunk) is monday evening. 

If some team requires a few days extra (for example for the translation of the 
new flickr plugin) let me know, I can delay the release a few days.
