[Kde-imaging] Xinerama support in kipi slideshow

Hi

I made some trivial changes to the slideshow plugin today, so that if you're 
using xinerama you can choose which xinerama screen to use.

patch -p1 < xinerama-slideshow.patch from the slideshow directory should do 
the trick.

Could someone please commit this for me? (assuming it's acceptable).
