reproduce:
let the imagegallery plugins generate a gallery. In the
dialog shown during thumbnail generation, open the help
menu: Help refers to the docs about kipi-plugins not
the docs of imagegaller (mhmm, maybe better than specific
'has no documentation' ;).  About refers to the batch process
plugins instead of the imagegallery about.
