I'm not sure it's a good idea. Some plugin dialogs are already quite big, they 
don't need to look any bigger. On my machine, the "Batch-Bordering Images" 
dialog is now 733px high. The KDE HIG says:
"A window, be it a dialog, main window or any other type, must display 
conveniently in a size corresponding to 640x480 pixels." [1]
I heard that this might be changed to 800x600, but the plugin dialog still 
would not fit in.

Another thing: Gilles, when you're working on something like this, please talk 
about it on the list before commiting.
