[Kde-imaging] problem compiling kdeextragear-libs-1-040910

Hi,
I think i've missed something, i've tryed to
compile kdeextragear-libs (no previous installation of

libkipi or libkexif) at office with kde 3.1 on  a RH
9.
Here is the errors compiling doc, even if
config.status
says:
